Steve Utz

Steve is a dedicated Quality Control Manager and our in-house CGSB Level 3 designate, amongst many other roles. Steve has been involved in the NDT trade since 2003, and with Lance Inspections since 2008. Steve is a hard-working and motivated man who has developed his skills to a Sr. Level in multiple practices. Steve still works in the field from time to time, however he spends much of his time reviewing company reports, assisting in ongoing employee training, and company procedure development. Steve remains at the forefront of the company’s management system and is involved in one way or another with almost everything that goes on. When he is not working you will likely find Steve at the lake with his friends and family, fishing, helping someone out, transporting one of his three kids to an event, or possibly in his home forge working on his next steel project.
